Nerola
Nerola turns one selfie into a preview of a new hairstyle and color, with your face left as it is. Results are approximations, not a promise of what a real cut will look like.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Nerola → Settings → Cancel subscription. Or: the Settings app → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Nerola.
How do I restore a purchase?
Settings → Restore purchases, or the "Restore purchases" link on the paywall. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete my data removes your saved looks, the photos behind them, your credits, and the anonymous account the app created at first launch. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. Your subscription is managed by Apple and is not affected — cancel it separately.
Is my photo stored?
Nerola never stores your photo on a server and never uses it to train models. Your selfie is sent to Google's Gemini model to render the preview; Google handles the image under its own terms and may retain it briefly for abuse monitoring. See the Privacy Policy.
Why was my photo rejected?
Nerola checks on your device that a face is clearly visible before anything is sent. Face a window, keep your chin to your hairline inside the oval, and avoid heavy backlighting.
Does it work on curly or coily hair?
Yes. Type 3 and type 4 textures are covered in the curated styles and in Style Lab, where you set texture yourself.
What are the daily limits?
Fair-use limits keep generation fast: up to 24 looks a day on the weekly plan, 3 a day during the free trial, and 60 a month on the yearly plan.
What does the free trial charge, and when?
Nothing during the 3 days. On day 3 the weekly price of $7.99 begins unless you cancelled. We send a reminder the day before, if you allowed notifications.
