1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Nerola, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
2. A preview, not a promise
Nerola generates AI previews of hairstyles and colors on your photo. Results are approximations — a real cut and color will vary with your hair type, your stylist, and reality in general. Use the preview as inspiration, not a guarantee.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Nerola Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your App Store account — weekly at $7.99 (with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) or yearly at $39.99. The 5 Looks Pack ($4.99) is a one-time purchase: no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel.
Fair-use limits keep generation fast for everyone: up to 24 looks a day on the weekly plan, 3 a day during the free trial, and 60 a month on the yearly plan.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If you start the free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Cancel anytime in Settings — one tap — or in your Apple Account settings.
4. Your photos, your responsibility
Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you their permission. Do not upload unlawful or abusive content.

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
